Handling of Rents:
At Oakleaf Property Management (OPM) the typical rent is due on the 1st day of each month. A late fee of $40 is accessed to any rents received after the 3rd day of the month. OPM will post late notices at the properties on the 5th day of each month, with the exception of weekends & holidays.
Statements & Proceeds:
Owners can expect to receive their monthly accounting statements & proceeds in the middle of the month. Our owners have the option of requesting an emailed statement or hard copy statement sent via post office. In addition, proceeds can be sent via post office or directly deposited into owners account.
Charges:
Our management fees vary with the size and complexity of your property. OPM will typically charge 9% of collected rents on the average residential property. Fees for owners with commercial investments start at 6% of collected rents. Owners with 10 or more units may receive discounts.
