PMI Beach Properties is owned and operated by Gabriela Beltran, who has been involved in property management since 2012. Gaby joined the PMI Franchise system in 2021, becoming part of a larger company that has been perfecting & changing the property management industry for over 20 years; this decision has provided resources not readily available to independent firms, while maintaining local service & expertise.
