The Shapiro Group Inc. was started in 2007. Ron Shapiro decided to bring his 32 years plus real estate experience to his own residential property management company. Ron grew up in a family, that owned and managed their own units. Starting with maintenance of the properties working his way to renting out the units to eventually taking care of all aspects of management.
After moving to South Florida Ron has been a licensed real estate professional since 1994. Purchasing and managing properties since that time has been accomplishing exactly what he wanted to do.
Ron's style of Residential Property management believes that in order to be the best you must work with the best. He spends the time and money to stay up with the latest technology, laws, and promotional education. He trains and encourages his staff to do the same.

We manage properties that are owned by individuals. These properties may be single family homes, townhouses, condominiums, or apartment buildings up to 10 units. We work with properties that are valued up to $1,500,000.00 Dollars.

We manage properties in South Western Broward County Florida. We manage properties in Cooper City, Davie, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, West Hollywood, Plantation, Sunrise, Weston, and Wilton Manors.
