Thank you for your interest in Quest Real Estate and Property Management Solutions. We are a family owned and operated company located in Port St Lucie With over 20 years of management experience. Servicing the communities of Port St Lucie, Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, Stuart and North Palm Beach Counties. We offer more services at lower rates than our larger competitors. 

Shauna Rowe, licensed real estate broker, is a native Floridian with over 25 years of real estate experience and more than 20 years providing management services to her clients. With her husband, Todd Rowe, they have built a community based management company which works with local business to provide the best services to her clients. "We believe that supporting our local small businesses gives us the ability to not only keep prices down but also build a strong community which in turn allows for a strong real estate market."

A few services they provide, in addition to the daily operation of a managed home, are two interior inspections of a rented home with reports including photos, an in-house maintenance department to keep prices low, free market evaluations, year end tax forms, discounted resell options and notary services.

Outside of the office Todd and Shauna enjoy local boating, fishing and scuba diving, raising their dogs and parrots and supporting their kids adventures. Their son, Jordan, is currently serving our county in the Army in Alaska. Their daughter, Caroline, is a bright up and coming entrepreneur with aspirations of building a strong real estate portfolio. She is also a very talented photographer and takes marketing photos and videos of their managed homes. They are passionate about protecting our local wildlife and waterways. Shauna is a member of the Treasure Coast Blue Star Mothers supporting our active military and honoring our veterans and Gold Star Families.
