Leasing Negotiation and Execution
Ibero Collects a nonrefundable deposit from approved applicant before a property is removed from the market .
Upon occupying the property , this deposit is retained as a security deposit ,and is held in a recognized Florida Escrow Account. Our lease are annual and comply with the changes of the law . All tenant responsibilities are clearly defined in the lease agreement and are reviewed at lease signing .
