With over 12 years of experience PMI Prime View provide property management services to investors who have rental properties in Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, and Broward County. We have an expansive portfolio of rental properties to meet the needs of tenants looking for a home to rent.

We started out as a property owner with over 20 units. Our management system was developed with an owner mentality. We treat our business as owners of rental properties and not only as a property management company providing a service, but this also helps us to make the right decision when a problem arise. Because our way of thinking is the same as our clients it creates a synergy between us, we are on our client’s shoes, so we know exactly what they are expecting in their investments. Advertising & Showings
Marketing a property is essential for reaching and appealing to the most people qualified to rent a property. There are many different options for advertising besides the old tried-and-true methods of simply placing a classified ad in the newspaper and sign in a yard.
Through our software our rental properties are visible on sites as Zillow, Zumper, Apartments.com. We also advertise on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) where all realtors have access to detail information on our properties. Another way of advertising is yard signs which is one of the oldest and most successful ways to market a rental property (some communities don’t allow yard signs).
We take time on putting a little effort into tacking professional pictures to advertise a home, we make sure the property is on optimal conditions with good illumination so the picture will show exactly how the unit is.
We never allow a prospect tenant to enter alone to one to our properties, they must be accompanied with someone of our office or with their real estate agent. After a showing we do a follow call to ask if there are interested so we can move to the next step, if not we ask why they didn’t choose our property so we can improve it.
Rental Application
Our application included all the information we will need to conduct a proper screening and find a quality tenant. We always require a separate application for each person over the age of 18 who will be living in the home, this includes married couples, unmarried couples, roommates, family members, friends, etc.
When a prospect is approved, we let them know that we will hold the property for 24 hours, after which time the property will be open to other applicants unless they put down the Deposit to Hold.
Tenant Screening
Our first step on screening a tenant starts on the first call, where we pre-qualify a prospect before showing the unit following our “Application Process & Qualification Standards” where we explain how our application process works and which are our minimum qualification standard. If they don’t meet our minimum qualification standard, we can’t show them our home, this save us time and money.
