We carefully screen each application and required standards for credit, tenant history, background & income. We aim to place highly qualified residents in your investment.

Every property needs regular upkeep, as well as urgent repairs. We will handle all emergency repairs & maintenance requests.

Regular inspections keep us informed that residents are following lease terms & that your home is healthy. Additional property inspections occur at no cost when a major maintenance or tenant issue arises.

We work closely with an attorney who keeps us up to date on the ever changing legalities of property management. Leases and legal notices are drafted & approved by the attorney to ensure the ability to enforce terms.

Alanna started her real estate career in 2016 and quickly sparked an interest in property management. Over the next 6 years she worked under another broker at a larger management & realty office and grew a wealth of experience and knowledge maintaining up to 130 properties at a time and listing over 50 homes for sale. Now she brings that knowledge & experience to Urban Interest Realty . Still committed to learning & providing great service, Alanna is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers who strive to constantly evolve.
