We are Sun ‘N’ Fun Vacation Homes, a full service property management company/vacation rentals that has been in the vacation home management business since 1990. The secret of our success has been our personal involvement with the homes and attention to detail for the homeowner and guests. All of the homes managed are in close proximity to The Walt Disney World Resort. No hidden fees, total transparency, high occupancy rates (70%+), dedicated 24/7 guest services, in house maintenance team.
Our business mission is to provide the ultimate level of service to our owners and guests, thus insuring a wonderful vacation experience. We will control the number of homes we manage to insure that mission is achieved. In this industry, Bigger is not necessary better!

We offer a free house assessment plus the first month we charge no management fee so you can test and be comfortable with our services.
