Tenant Placement & Screening
Always Summer Management requires each prospect to complete a tenant application, conduct a full credit/criminal background check and personally verifies employment and rental history. We receive numerous inquiries on a daily basis to keep our units occupied.
Property maintenance is one of the most important aspects of property management to preserve your investment and treat your home as our own. We work with highly skilled preferred vendors that specialize in their profession which allows us to provide quality and timely maintenance for your property. Inspections You worked hard enough to acquire your investment property, why put more worry and headaches into it? We will inspect your property inside and out every 90 days to ensure proper care and attention is given. We will perform a thorough walk-through with each tenant at arrival and departure.
Our transparent bookkeeping allows you to make better more informed decisions about your property. We provide you with monthly financial statements clearly view your income and expenses. We also provide year-end statements and 1099 forms for all maintenance performed.
