  • Following solid rent-collection procedures, such as:
  • collecting monthly rents in the most efficient way, on time and in full
  • making monthly and annual financial statements available for your review 
  • serving all required notices at no additional fee
  • absorbing the cost and time of eviction and court appearances, when necessary 
  • Providing 24-hour emergency on-call maintenances services so you can sleep at night knowing that your investment is protected in case of unavoidable events.
