Step 4: We Renew the contract every year

Extending tenants for an additional year of rental income for the property owner to avoid vancancy as much as possible. Review of market rents to adjust rents on lease.

Fees:

 1 Month to place a tenant

 8% of the rents, only when the property is rented for Property Managment.

 1/2 Month for renewal.

- Tenant Screening: Backroung Credit and Eviction Check.

- Maintenance: On Call 24 hrs, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. We are in charge of all the repairs and  problems in your property. 

- Inspection: We have a system for move in/move out that records everything.

- Accounting: every month we'll send you an estatment and deposit the founds in your account. Also we    pay all the vendors.  Year Statement applicable for Taxes. 

- Eviction service: If the tenant don't pay we serve the three day notice for free and we are in charge of  the eviction. 

- Contract Renewal: We check every year the price of the property and we renew the contract.
