  • Leasing Fee: $500 of the first month's rent (includes) photos, listing on the MLS, realtor.com, trulia.com and almost every real estate website you can name.

  • Services: Tenant screening, Eviction Services, Maintenance, Inspections, Accounting, Tenant Communication, Move in and out coordination

• Full Service Plan:

  • Monthly Fee: $159/property

  • Leasing Fee: 50% of the first month’s rent  ($600 minimum), premium photos, video tour, yard sign (if permitted), listing on the MLS, zillow.com, realtor.com, trulia.com and almost every real estate website you can name.

  • Services included: All Basic Plan features, occupied inspections every 6 months, pest control, air filters for the HAVC system, pet screening, maintenance coordination of all repairs

• Full Service Plan plus GUARANTEED rental payment program

  • Monthly Fee: $229/property

  • Leasing Fee: 50% of the first month’s rent  ($600 minimum), premium photos, video tour, yard sign (if permitted), listing on the MLS, zillow.com, realtor.com, trulia.com and almost every real estate website you can name.

  • Services included: All Full Service Plan features, plus Insurance Protection for Landlords:

  • Up to 25 weeks of rent loss coverage (up to $3,000 per month)

• Up to $5,000 eviction filing fee and Eviction defense costs

• Up to $600 for Sheriff fees

• Up to $35,000 of Malicious damage to building and/or contents

• Up to $15,000 in theft or damage due to theft to building and/or contents

• Up to $400 for Re-Keying of locks

• Up to $1,000 for service and/or companion animal damage (pet damage)

• Up to $5,000 of damage due to loss due to use of digital lock boxes

• $1,000,000 for 3rd party claims against your property
