MRH Enterprise LLC has gone to great lengths and expense to provide our clients with the best technology in the area.   We provide a website for each of our communities which allows us to “blast out” announcements, and provides one location to find the financial statements, insurance information, documents, handbook and all the material an owner would like to have, plus, in a password protected section, we would provide all the material needed for the Board to access day or night.

Unlike our competitors, MRH Enterprise LLC includes all of the copies, postage, coupon books and 100% of all the office supplies in our management fee, so there are never any hidden charges.    We based our price on the knowledge of the community and what it will take to manage it to the satisfaction of all the residents.

All office supplies, coupon books, copies, postage, newsletter included in monthly fee
and there are no additional fees for managerial services. Newsletter mailings to entire
community limited to one mailing every 60 days.

Court filing fees to be reimbursed by Association. Attendance at hearings, proceedings
are included in management fee.

MRH Enterprise LLC is dedicated to provide their management service in one monthly
fee with no hidden charges or expenses to be billed to the associations managed.

MRH Enterprise offers a website service. There is no additional monthly fee for your
community website.
