Practical Pet Program

So many rental property owners are scared of accepting pets and we understand your concern. Poorly managed pets can destroy a property and tenants that feel that the landlord or management doesn't care about their pets, will often allow the pet to do damage. Pomegranate Property Management knows that by not allowing pets, a property owner shrinks the pool of potential tenants and may also lose money because rentals that allow pets often rent for more money. For these reasons (and because we love pets!), we've created our pet program, which is not only thorough and effective but it's also FREE for our owners! All of the expenses are billed directly to the tenant and most tenants are happy to pay it because they know it offers everyone peace of mind and they were able to rent a fantastic apartment, that otherwise, may not have been an option to them. Our pet program includes:

- Separate pet agreement signed and notarized by all tenants

- A "meet and greet" with a member of the Pomegranate Property Management team

- A photo of the pet and all veterinary records to ensure health and vaccines

- Biannual inspections of the property specifically looking for pet damage

- Additional "pet deposit" added to security deposit
