• Owner distributions through ACH direct deposits for greater speed and security.
• Protecting the owner through comprehensive tenant screening and executing a professional, tested lease.
• Obtaining competitive bids for maintenance and improvements.
• Timely collection of rents, online and automatic rent pay available.
• Giving focused personal attention to day to day management, with the goal of establishing excellent tenant relationships. This insures tenant retention, for a positive cash flow for our property owners.

Our Rates are Simple

• Leasing: 50% of first month's rent
• Management Services: $95 for Single Family, $150 for Duplex, $250 for Fourplex.
