In case you need repairs or remodeling done, I can bring a crew very fast and for a very good price.
I also have my office staff very good to handle Section 8 tenants, send you very detailed rental reports by the 5th of next month, pay your utilities, garbage collection etc.
Since you are having a bad experience with your current property management company may I suggest to give us a chance with just one property and if you are happy with us we can extend our cooperation to the rest of the properties.
As a reminder our fee is only 5%
