J4’s current management portfolio includes over 850 multifamily units totaling more than 720,000 Sq Ft.  Additionally, J4 Real Estate Group manages over 50 commercial buildings, both single and multitenant, totaling more than 300,000 sq ft. These include: strip malls, medical facilities, restaurants, all types of auto industry retail property, and many locations creatively split to accommodate multiple users.

Through our own brokerage and affiliates, J4 has a hand in leasing virtually all of the properties we manage. In addition, J4 Real Estate Group has the expertise to manage all types of construction projects, including tenant improvements, renovations and restorations. In the past 24 months alone J4 has managed over $1,500,000 in construction projects for our clients.
