Our goal is simple, we aim to provide our San Diego property management clients with a cost effective, professional solution to the often burdensome task of managing real estate and tenants in the greater San Diego and La Jolla areas. All our property managers are state licensed and experienced real estate professionals. As a client, you will have direct access to your assigned San Diego property manager. To ensure that your property manager is as motivated as you are, to decrease vacancy rates, we do not charge a fee while your property is vacant and being marketed for rent. This ensures that our agents work diligently and efficiently to get your property to the income producing stage.

Cancel Anytime: We won't tie you down to a long-term contract. Not happy for any reason, no problem. You can cancel your contract with 30 days’ notice, no questions asked.

Management Fee Crusher: We will match any competitor’s management fees for like kind services.

Zero Fee Collector: We will not charge you until your property is producing rent. If for any reason a tenant stops paying rent, we do not collect our management fee but will still work to take care of the situation.

Turbo Tenant Placement: When you take our advice on the rental rate to market the home for, we guarantee a tenant will be placed within 30 days of listing it. If we don't have a tenant place in 30 days, we will not charge you for the 1st months management fees.

Maintenance and Cleaning: We guarantee the work of our contractors and will cover any work they complete on the property against defect up to $2,500 for one year after the work is completed.     

Our management fee is a percentage of the rental rate depending on the type of property you would like us to manage. We manage residential homes, condos, multi-family properties and vacation rentals. Aside from the management fee % we have NO other fees what-so-ever!

We offer full-service property management and will be the direct point of contact for all tenant issues, accounting and other needs.
