Company Description
At CPG Management, our focus is on single-unit scattered site properties such as single family homes, townhomes, and condo residences through smaller multi-unit apartment and condominium buildings. Our clients can include individual owners to investors to homeowner associations (HOA).
Our approach is not all or nothing, but designed to be flexible in order to meet the challenges of the individual landlord and smaller homeowner association.
Our Landlord Rental Management (LRM) service addresses the needs of the residential property owner/investor. CPG Management handles all aspects of rental management from initial tenant placement and turnover through ongoing property oversight.
