5th Avenue Property Management services provide you with the opportunity to maximize your real estate profits. We pay close attention to your present return on investment and to appreciation factors.
- We keep it simple and never charge for any hidden or unnecessary fees. Our fees are competitive and flexible enough to cater to most management scenarios. You don’t pay until we have placed a qualified tenant in your property.
- Placement fees range from 25% to 50% of a month’s rent with a $400 minimum
- Ongoing monthly management fees are 7% of the rental or $125 whichever is the higher amount.
Do you just need help in identifying a suitable tenant? 5th Avenue Property Management Inc. can relieve the anxiety of that crucial task by offering you customized tenant placement services. This service includes creating advertising, screening calls, completing background checks, showing the property, having the appropriate contracts drawn up, answering all of the Tenant’s questions and any other related service you need. We offer this service for the nominal fee of 1/2 month’s rent (minimum $600).
