Company Overview

Onalim was founded by two brothers, Nick & Alex Milano with the specific intent of combining both their expertise to create a different approach to property management. Nick, Onalim's accountant, bookkeeper, and strategist started his career in the corporate world as a financial analyst for multi billion dollar firms. He brings over his financial background as well as his critical thinking to maximize the return on your investment.

Alex Milano, licensed Community Association Manager and Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate comes from a large property management organization that specializes in multi million dollar high rises. He has worked virtually every position within a management company from front desk, to building manager. He brings with him a myriad of expertise and experience handling a mutlitude of issues; tenants who don't comply with the lease, as well as plumbing, electrical,  and landscaping issues, to name a few.

Onalim's brothers pride themselves on transparency and integrity and value the relationships they develop with their clients.

Investment Properties

Onalim provides guidance, from start to finish in the process of securing your first investment property, or your tenth. We have on staff multiple licensed realtors who can assist in identifying a potential investment, to securing a qualified tenant, to the ongoing management of your investment.

Once your home is secured, we run nationwide criminal backround checks as well as credit checks to ensure quality tenants. Additional safeguards are in place as we verify rental and employment history for prospective tenants.

After your tenant is placed, Onalim will enforce the provisions of the lease, facilitate any necessary repairs, perform routine site inspections, and provide monthly reporting of expenditures and financial statements for owners.
