  • RENT COLLECTION : Our office manages the rent collection process including the delegation and follow-up on eviction procedures.
  • REPAIR AND MAINTAINENCE : Our Repair Manager will focus on fielding calls from your tenant on repair needs.  This includes the proper management, follow-up, and owner approval on necessary work order requests.
  • PREVENTATIVE MAINTAINENCE : Our Assistant Manager performs a quarterly inspection on the rental property for the purposes of making sure your tenant is maintaining the rental property and that the rental home is taking care of your tenant. A quarterly inspection report as well as a photo report is provided to the landlord upon completion.
