I own a beautiful little house on the South Shore in Massachusetts, but had to move away to another state for a job. I decided to rent out my house and had rented it out through a real estate agent-- BIG MISTAKE. She had no idea what made a good rental tenant! I thought I could manage the property myself but it was difficult, being in another state. I was then stuck -- the guy was a nightmare tenant who didn't pay the rent and destroyed my house and I was hours away from Massachusetts!
When my rent started to go unpaid, I found Mike as a property manager on a Google search. I was SO lucky to find him. Mike went the extra mile in everything related to trying to collect rent from the tenant. He helped me out with the court date, including helping me find a quality lawyer, helping us through the process of evicting the tenant and making sure the house was returned to its former state.
Mike also helped me to find a really nice family to rent my house after we cleaned it up. I can't say enough good things about him. It's worth the small fee every month to keep Mike managing my property. I wouldn't let anyone else advise me on who to rent it to. Mike is absolutely the right guy to have manage your property.
