NO MONTHLY PERCENTAGE - EVER! Whether you’re an investor who needs to maintain current rental investments, or a home seller waiting for more returns later on, we can help! Larsen Properties charges substantially less than other companies while still providing the highest level of customer service!

 Fees:

• One month’s rent equivalent for a 12 month agreement

• One half month’s rent equivalent for lease extensions

• Absolutely NO monthly percentage

Example:  Property is rented at $1,200 per month

Other property managers charge a full month’s rent up front ($1,200) AND 10% per month to collect rent ($120 x 12 = $1,440) $1,200 + $1,440 = $2,640

Larsen Properties charges a flat fee of $1,200, saving you $1,440 per year!

In today’s world of electronic banking, charging a monthly percentage to collect rent is NOT fair.  It is an outdated method for property managers to tap into your cash flow.
