Assured Property Management is owned by Joe and Tricia Latham. Joe and Tricia have both been in the real estate business for over 20 years. Joe is a retired military officer and since leaving the military has built one of the largest Property Management Company's in Central Texas. Their goal is to provide Professional Service from buying to leasing/managing and resale of every home. Joe is the broker and is active in the business.
