Assured Property Management is a Full Service Property Management Company. We take the headaches out of your investment property. Whether you once lived in the home or bought it strictly as an investment, it is now your business. We help you view the home in that respect. It doesn't matter if you have one house or ten, we will give your property individual attention. From finding a tenant, to collecting rent, to evictions and repairs, we handle it all for you. Assured Property Management is a member of the Austin Better Business Bureau as well as the Austin, Kyle and Round Rock Chamber of Commerce.

Assured Property Management is owned by Joe and Tricia Latham. Joe and Tricia have both been in the real estate business for over 20 years. Joe is a retired military officer and since leaving the military has built one of the largest Property Management Company's in Central Texas. Their goal is to provide Professional Service from buying to leasing/managing and resale of every home. Joe is the broker and is active in the business.
