-Rentec Direct software with owner and tenant portal.  You can log on anytime and view all details including repair invoices, tenant accounts, all necessary financial statements.    Tenants love getting the text and email reminders for rent and can even pay by text.  Owners love the fast direct deposit of rents and being able to view all activity online 24/7. 

-All of your homes unique services are scheduled a year in advance such as A/C servicing,  chimney cleaning, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, septic tank, cleaning gutters, sprinkler zone checks,etc.   You will get an email reminder or a call where we remind you of these possible maintenance items.     Our Vendors are Bonded and Vetted, or we can use yours. 

- We offer monthly drop shipment of A/C filters to the tenant to ensure compliance with filter changes.

-Tenants are required to carry tenant Insurance including minimum of Liability insurance $300,000, emergency lodging $4,000, and personal property of $20,000 and it is mandatory to sign for this coverage on move in day.
