Welcome To Lesser Associates LLC! We specialize in arizona property management. We have over 30 years of realty expertise in property management, Leasing, and Sales! Our authentic experience in arizona property management extends over the phoenix, Scottsdale, Arcadia, Cave Creek, and Gilbert, Arizona areas.
Property Management Services
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and even on holidays. It could be Thanksgiving or Easter or even Labor Day and a tenant could call with a problem. Many of the problems can be handled over the phone. While some require a visit from one of our vendors.
AC, Heating, Pool, or Electrical we do it all.
We run the credit and reference checks on all tenants. Sometimes it is a little harder to find out if a person truly works for the company that they state. Through our contacts over the years we have been able to find the back doors to get the best possible information. We do the walk through with the tenant, collect the rents and make sure that the tenant pays their rent.
Our monthly management fee includes the sending of owner’s checks, monthly statements, year end statements, and don’t forget those fun Tax forms.
The first question should not be how much is it going to cost me? The true first question should be what will I gain.
You will retain your piece of mind. Our costs are very competitive for what we do. Depending on which program you choose to place your property in.
How does $50-$100 per month sound? Just knowing that you will not have to handle calls at 2 o’clock in the morning is worth every penny. While your property is under the watchful eyes of Lesser Associates your contact information is never released to tenants. Tenants call us if there is a problem. We are your middle man, your eyes & ears. How does $1.67 a day sound to you? You can’t even by a cup of coffee for that price. However you can get the piece of mind knowing that we are here for you.
Property Management Fees
We do not charge any “hidden fees”. All of our fees are spelled out in our management contract. From time to time the contract is updated and fees may change, but you as the owner will be notified of any changes. There are some companies that charge you a fee to list your property in the MLS. The agent might say something alone these lines: “My broker requires that I collect a fee because we are charged a fee to put our listings in the MLS” or “As an agent we are charged for each listing that we put into the MLS by the MLS” . This is just a way that you are being taken by your agent. The Offices of Lesser Associates is not going to charge you a fee to put a property in the MLS. As a member of the MLS we are able to put as many listings as we want into the system for one yearly fee. Our yearly fee is part of our expenses.

We are Residential Property Management company. Though we are a full service real estate office we focus on property management and leasing. We are not just a company that started doing property management because the market said to. Our company has been around for over 34 years and is currently being run by the 2nd generation of the Lesser Family. Over those 34 years we have not only seen Phoenix grow, but we have also seen a number of property management companies pop up when the sales market was bad and as soon as the market turns around the mass exudes of companies begins.
