Comprehensive Realty Services, LLC (CRS) is a full service property and asset management company that provides top quality solutions to landlords and tenants.  Our team concentrates in all aspects of commercial real estate, providing unparallel experience, intimate knowledge of current market conditions, and outstanding negotiating skills.  We have a wide array of vendors that provide exceptional service for the most competitive prices that allow landlords to add value to their asset. 

Currently, CRS represents 14 properties and we believe that the neighborhood shopping center is the core of any community.  We are dedicated to serving communities and to keep the neighborhood shopping center a vital part of the retail world.  We understand the importance of tenant retention and pride ourselves in maintaining an open line of communication with each and every tenant to ensure their satisfaction.  The success of the neighborhood shopping center depends on the relationship between landlord and tenant which is an area in which CRS excels. 

In addition to the combined 50 years experience in the retail commercial market several members of our team are well versed in residential property management including single and multi-family dwellings.  We have experience is successfully managing a 500 unit building and increases occupancy from 66% to 88% within 12 short months.  With the real estate market fluctuating as it is, it is important to “wear many hats” and CRS is able to do just that.
