Collection of Rents, Deposits and Other Receivables from Tenant
- Tenant Correspondence, as necessary.
- Late notices to tenant, as necessary.
- Eviction Process or lease violations.
- Move-Out Inspection and security deposit reconciliation when tenant vacates.
- Lease renewals at no additional charge.
Monthly Distribution of Funds with Full Documentation and Accounting Reports
- Contracting and supervision of maintenance issues.
- Monthly Owner Statement (Online instant access.
- Direct ACH Payments.
- 1099 processing and reporting annually
- Payment of HOA assessments, Utilities, etc.
- Year-End Financial Statements.
Periodic Inspection of Property while property is occupied
Handling ALL Calls Concerning Maintenance, Complaints, Questions and Concerns

Fee for this service is 10% per month of collected monies. There are no upfront or initial set up fees charged. We do not earn our fee until we secure you a tenant and/or rent is collected.
