That will not be the case if you hire me! Every new owner that I bring on can have the comfort of knowing that I will be the one managing your property. The other thing that sets Live St George Realty apart is that we have a non binding agreement instead of a binding contract. The basic philosiphy beheind our non binding agreement is that we know we do preprty managment the right way. So if an owner is unhappy with the way we manage, its probably not a good fit anyway. It also keeps us accountalble to our owners at all times.
As far as services that we offer, we are a full service property managment company. I specialize is high end single family homes but I also manage plenty of townhomes and condos. We provide detailed inspections wich include air filters, plumbing fixtures, appliances, cleanliness checks, and (if needed) thermal imaging if there are any concerns of moisture damage. In addition to that we run a credit and backgorund check on each tenant as well as the rest of our detailed and proven scoring system. We cover in every way that we can.
