  • Licensed Illinois Broker to execute highly effective Leasing and Marketing strategies and Event Planning
  • Ensure that vacant suites are clean and show-ready for leasing
  • Submit monthly management reports, summarizing each month’s activity and
    reviewing the financial health of the asset.
