Bay Management Group offers extremely competitive rates. The fees and rates you see below are the prices you pay. There are no hidden charges. We do not up-sell for any maintenance or repair work.
Full-Service Property Management Fee:
• 80% leasing fee (first months rent) – tenant placement
• 10% per month for full-service property management; will discuss lower rate if owner has more than one unit
• No lease renewal fee
• No charges for maintenance scheduling
• No charges when the property is vacant
Full-Service Property Maintenance Includes:
• Walk through interior and around exterior of property twice a year and check for any needed repairs or maintenance work. We will then send a detailed report to the owner letting him or her know of the status.
Expedited Eviction Service:
• Court filing and legal representation (1 filing), $150 upfront fee
• Warrant of restitution and scheduling and eviction, $150 upfront fee
Rental Unit Turnover Service:
• $45 per hour (includes cleaning and janitorial services only)
