Company Description
Property Management Services:
- Supply “For Rent” signs delivered to property within 24 hours of vacancy
- Inspect property to be leased for needed repairs or cleaning
- Advertise property, manage all inquiries, and show property to prospective tenants
- Prepare and complete all necessary tenant forms and leases
- Personal interview with prospective tenants
- Credit, background, work, and rental history checks
- Collect monthly rent, security deposits, and pet deposits
- Respond 24/7 to emergency maintenance issues, and within 1 business day to other maintenance issues
- Inspections (handled on an as needed basis)
- Keep owner informed of maintenance, repairs, and any tenant’s delinquent rental payments
- Conduct all evictions according to County requirements
- Mail monthly Owner Statements with copies of receipts on or before the 12th* of each month. *If the 12th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday, the owner’s check will be sent on the following normal business day.
- Direct Deposit owner’s monthly check (if requested)

Westrom Group has been in business since 1978, and is owned and operated by Jon Westrom. He is a licensed real estate agent with LTR Group in Texas. He began in real estate in 1993 and became an agent in 1995 with Prudential Southerland Real Estate in Arlington, Texas. After one year at Prudential, he moved to Diversified Realty Services in Bedford, where he focused more on investment real estate. After that, he took over the Westrom Group family business to focus on its growth.
Since 1999, Westrom Group has expanded greatly. We have managed over 300 rental properties, renovated houses and apartment complexes, and orchestrated over $10 million in real estate transactions in the past.
