Frontline Property Management is a full-service management company that has been serving both local and out of state/country owners for 30 years. Together, Steve Fithian CCIM, CPM, SEC, Jay Hartley MPM, RMP, and Rick Wilson CPA, own and operate Frontline Property Management, Inc.
We focus on providing astounding management services for single-family homes, condos/townhomes, duplexes/tri-plexes/four-plexes, small apartment communities, and new builds/developments.
From the beginning of your relationship with Frontline, you will be assigned a team member that is a licensed real estate agent that specializes in property management who will be responsible for your investment portfolio. Whether you have properties in close proximity or scattered throughout different cities… the same property manager will be responsible for all of them. We feel that this ensures a successful relationship between the owner and the manager.
Our managers are supported by our office staff and the accounting department to ensure that applications, new leases, lease renewal, owner distribution and statements, and all other matters are handled as quickly and proficiently as possible.
We are partnered with multiple third-party affiliates & vendors to increase the level of protection, maintenance, and supervision bestowed on your investments while under our care.
The success of our real estate investors is our top priority! As such, we have structured the company so that we do not succeed unless you succeed. Management fees are charged on occupied units ONLY, there is NO maintenance coordination fee, and leasing/renewal fees are only charged AFTER the lease/renewal starts.
Frontline Property Management also views education and industry involvement as a must for our employees and agents. The company is heavily involved in multiple boards and organizations with most of our team claiming one or more designations throughout. This involvement ensures that our employees and agents will be some of the best equipped in the industry!
