Your rental home will be advertised exclusively on the top web pages offering homes and apartments for rent. Your ad will be placed professionally and will represent your home well to a discriminating audience of demanding and selective prospective tenants.
We will select only fully qualified tenants to occupy your prized rental home.
Then we will inspect the home within the first 120 days of the new tenant's occupancy to be sure that we have the quality tenants we thought we had when we placed them in the property.
If everything is OK, we will inspect your home every year thereafter while the tenants are leasing the property.
Should the tenants disappoint us, we will keep you fully informed as to the actions we will be taking to be absolutely certain that your investment is protected.
We ask that you help us by promptly authorizing required maintenance as necessary to keep your property as an inviting home and a credit to the neighborhood. We have a great Vendor List from which we select proper vendors to work on our Client's Rental Homes.
When your tenant checks in, we will record the condition of the home and take photos to back up our records. When the tenant checks out, we will make certain that the home is returned to the condition it was in when the tenants moved in.
We provide a monthly Owner's Statement each and every month by e-mail or snail-mail showing every transaction made in managing our Owner's Properties.
