Principle Property Management is a full-service property management company operating in the Peoria metro area.  We make owning investment real estate simple, easy, and profitable.  We believe in transparency and provide owners with real-time access to online financial reports to all of their properties.

We follow a strict screening process that includes applications and income verfication prior to ever showing a house, which means we don't waste time showing houses to applicants who don't meet the affordability requirement. All applicants have credit/background checks performed on them as well. We handle the marketing, screening, applications, showings, lease signing, rent collection, scheduling maintenance, and evictions if necessary.

Our goal is to make your investment simple, easy, and profitable. Typical rates are 5% management fee with a small leasing fee that we pass along as a referral fee to create incentives for realtors.

MARKETING STRATEGY

We have been successful with finding tenants using Craigslist ads that can be quickly and easily created with the our property management software. These ads provide clear information to potential tenants. Our online presence and social media are utilized with a new PPM website, Facebook page, blog, and Twitter account.
