Membership Administration Services: Our community association membership administration services can assist all levels of homeowner, condominium, and townhome associations
We take care of your annual billing and collections, file liens for collection of past due assessments, attend hearings to support attorneys, as well as, investigate and recommend professional services.
We act as an interface with title companies and prepare documents required by the closing process. In addition to information available on your Web site, we act as a buffer between the community in general and your Board. We accomplish this under your association's identity. Billing and correspondence is sent under your association's name. Our voice mail system allows you to give out a phone number other that your home or office, and your message is in your voice. Notification of messages, checking messages, and changing announcement are at your convenience, from wherever you are. Web site and e-mail are under your domain, not ours, all for one annual fee.
Business and Financial Services: Our business and financial services can take the most time consuming aspects of your position as a board member, and give you more time to focus on the needs of your community association.
We ease the stress, from the ongoing bill payment of accounts payable, to monitoring your accounts receivable; from monthly reports, to year end tax filings, we provide your community association the resources to maintain your financial health.
All accounts payable invoices are scanned and entered into our ASP system, either by your board or our staff. Your board can then authorize them remotely, by whoever you require. Then payments are made weekly from our office. By this method of authorization, you reduce the processing time of outstanding invoices, keeping relationships with vendors at the highest level possible. Because all processing is through our ASP, financial information is available to your members, as authorized by the board, 24/7 via your Web site.
Education and Training: Education and training of homeowner association board and leadership can be accomplished through regional training, web-based training.
Our classroom training is a great way to get new and potential board members up to speed, or update existing ones on any changes in community association laws. Most training classes are conveniently scheduled twice a year in Kansas City, Chicago, Milwaukee, Des Moines, and St. Louis or near industry convention cities prior to those conventions.
Community Building: Effective communication with your membership can be enhanced by allowing each member to inform you as to the type of communication they prefer. From printed to electronic, we allow you to maximize the communication with your association. We provide our community associations both Telephone Alerts and E-mail Alerts at no additional charge. "The E-community" allows for more timely responses and discussions with your membership, board, other associations, and local governments.
