Leasing Services:
Our leasing services include placing a sign at the property, advertising the property on various websites such as craigslist, hotpads, St. Louis Riverfront Times website, etc. We also respond to all inquiries regarding the property, and pre-qualify tenants. We carry out all of the showings on the property, process applications, screen tenants and perform a background check, verify the potential tenant’s employment and previous rental history, collect the first month’s rent and deposit from the tenant, and process the move in of the tenant.
Property Management Services:
As the property managers of your investment, we respond to all tenant calls regarding maintenance and arrange for a handyman to service the property, and we provide 24 hour emergency service. We collect and process rent each month, handle late notices to tenants regarding back rent, and also provide you with a monthly statement of income and expenses. We also supply you, the owner, with 24 hour online access to all account and property activity.
