Since 2004, Verde Property Management has been locally owned and operated.  Our origin began in Uptown Minneapolis by earning the business of investors and converting their apartment buildings into condominiums.  As we expanded our network of industry experts and tradesmen, we also expanded our business model to include tenant and property management.

Our diverse portfolio includes properties throughout the Twin Cities Metropolitan area, with our core focus on single family homes, duplexes, and triplexes.  Although this is our core business, we have honed additional competencies through nearly two decades of experience:

Management Leadership

Scot Pekarek, founder and President, oversees the management and marketing of the business.  He has nearly 20 years experience managing rental units in the Twin Cities and surrounding area.  He holds a Real Estate Broker's license, has taught both Real Estate investment and Real Estate agent courses.  He is also the author of the LandLord's Guide, a monthly newsletter recapping the changes in the landlord landscape of the Minneapolis market.
