What do homeowners like most about us? Our low flat rates listed right here and our good record of keeping them informed about their property. We manage luxury single-family rental homes, condos, duplexes, lofts and townhouses in In-town Atlanta & Smyrna/Vinings and Mableton North of I-20. Minimum rent: $1200. Click our logo for details.

We could be a Perfect Fit if your property . . .

  • Will rent for $1200/mo or higher.
  • Is located NORTH of I-20 in or near one of the neighborhoods below.
  • Only needs a tenant found. (We get you the signed lease, you do the maintenance).
  • Needs full service management (see “We Will Handle” below).
  • (Sorry. We cannot take Section 8 homes at this time)

  • No charge to get started if the property is now vacant. 
  • To find a tenant, most companies charge your first month’s rent with a full service contract.  We DO NOT.
  • Flat $595 to find a tenant (Collected after we secure a tenant for you.)
  • If we don't collect the rent, you owe us nothing for that month.
  • Only $95 admin fee if you already have a tenant.
  • FREE lease renewal if there is no tenant change (after first year).
  • Flat $300 to re-lease after initial tenant leaves. (Others will charge 50% of first month’s rent.)
  • Regarding maintenance: No service mark-ups.
