PCM Realty Management provides the best in property management and leasing services for owner of all types of real estate.
Over the past 32 years we have provided management and leasing services for single family, multi-family, industrial and office property owners.
We provide up front pricing, vigorous tenant screening and up to date maintenance procedures. All of your accounts are accessible remotely.
Our leasing fee is straight forward. We charge one half of the first months rent. This fee covers all costs of marketing including any co-brkerage fees, MLS fees and other internet marketing fees.
Our management fee is straight forward. Any homes renting over for $3,000 per month are charged 8% and any homes under $3,000 per month are charged 10%.
There are NO OTHER FEES for maintenance, accounting or any other nuisance fees put on top of our management fees.
Our philosophy is to provide the very best service for a straight forward price. We want to make the process simple and transparent.
