We can do it all, from single family homes to Large Multi-family building from 2 to 500 units.    Certified in low-income Tax Credit housing as well as HUD, RD and Section 8 Housing Properties.   

Association Management   

SERVICE: Full Service Leasing and Management-
PRICE: 11% of Rental Price

  • Market property to prospective renters (includes ALL advertising and showing property)

  • Process tenant application (including thorough background check)

  • Sign lease with tenant

  • Collect security deposit

  • Manage tenant move-in, including filing move-in checklist to record property condition

SERVICE:Multi-family Building 2 - 500 plus units and Assocations Managmenet
Price:  Based on the size and amount of management requested.  

  • 100% of the all management of a property 

SERVICE: Management only -
PRICE: 11% of Rental Price

  • Collect monthly rent, including pursuing late payments

  • Arrange property maintenance as needed, and as approved by owner

  • Communication with tenants regarding maintenance and leasing issues

  • Walk through property after move out, obtain necessary repairs and refund security deposit to tenants

  • Periodic inspections

  • Provide monthly financial statements to owner

  • Provide annual required Certificate of Rent Paid to tenant

SERVICE: New Property Setup -
PRICE: $250

Take over management of property that is already rented. (This fee does NOT apply if we are finding a tenant for you.) Ongoing management is provided at standard fee for Management service.
