  • Monthly financial statements including Balance Sheet, Income & Expense Statement & General Ledger

  • Maintain digital records of approvals & denials
  • Communicate decisions clearly to homeowners
  • Ensure ARC guidelines are consistently enforced

BOARD AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT

  • Board meeting attendance & preparation
  • Agenda development & distribution
