Our standard monthly property management fee is 10% of collected rent with a $175.00 minimum. Typical day-to-day management services are included, including rent collection, tenant management, maintenance coordination, owner updates, monthly accounting, move-in/move-out reports, and owner portal access.
We currently have $0 cancellation fee, $0 vacancy fee, $0 marketing fee, $0 required repair reserve, and $0 lease renewal fee upon request. Additional charges may apply for special requests, legal matters, subsidized housing programs, property visits, or services outside normal day-to-day management.
