How do we qualify the leads?
The property owners or board members who contact you have already viewed your company profile and are ready to get a quote. They've taken initiative, and want to hear from your company, specifically.
What happens if you get a bad lead?
If the lead never returns your call/email, or if someone uses our site to contact you about something other than your property management services, simply report the lead as bad and we'll refund you.
Are these shared leads?
No. Each lead is sent only to the company that the property owner intended to contact. We won't share them with anyone else.

- Profile Rankings - If you are competing with several other companies, it pays for your listing to appear higher on the page. You can opt to adjust your rank by participating in our ListingRank program, but it's not required.
- Your Profile - There is a direct correlation between the quality of your profile and the number of leads you will receive. We can assist you in developing a profile that effectively showcases your company and services.
- Response Time - Although this doesn't affect the number of leads you receive, it can have a huge impact on how many of your leads turn into signed contracts. Companies that respond quicker will always have an advantage. If you're able to get back to people within 15 minutes, you will be amazed with the results.
