In 2018, Jake Christenson founded RowCal on a remarkably simple notion: That HOA boards and their members deserve better. A former vice president of a national HOA management company, Jake set out to challenge industry norms and bring relief to frustrated HOA boards, who would turn to one property management company after another in search of decent service and support.
