2. A strategic marketing plan to get your home rented for the highest price possible. We utilize professional photography, signs and work with realtors and apartment locators to gain maximum exposure as well as syndicate on rental websites and the MLS.
3. 24 hour emergency line for your tenant in the event of an emergency.
4. Rent collection, security deposit collection and itemization and accounting services.
5. Maintenance repair and coordination.
6. Can assist with the purchase or sale of properties including 1031 exchanges.
