JJC Property Management, Inc. was created in 2008, when our Broker realized that property management with larger companies had lost the personal touch he desired with his clients. Currently JJC manages approximately 200 properties in 12 cities. We are constantly growing, and that’s why you’re here!
JJC is constantly seeking new technology to enhance and improve your property management experience. We use a property management software that covers almost every aspect of property management, and makes everything about it portable and available 24 hours a day! There is even a mobile application for Droid and Apple devices! This software allows us to collect rent, manually or electronically, market properties, accept and track maintenance requests, disburse funds to owners via ACH, track balances, generate letters and reports, send work orders to vendors, pay invoices, process and convert applications, and keep a general database of all properties, owners, tenants, vendors and any information we may need about each.
We have many systems in place for your convenience such as Docusign for electronic signatures, so there's no need to print, sign, scan and email any documents. This is also available to tenants for leases and renewals. We also have a tablet with inspection software that allows you to see the progress of your home and its condition. We are able to take email you an inspection report with additional information of each room of your home, along with pictures of every stage of a lease term, beginning, middle and at the one year mark (or as necessary, such as a violation). I believe this gives homeowners the peace of mind they are looking for. There's nothing worse than feeling "out of the loop" and unsure of how your home is being taken care of.
Tenants may view their statements, balances, and place maintenance requests via their own personal “portal” with this software.
JJC employees receive ongoing training and continuing education in order to remain proficient at the jobs for which you hired them. JJC supports and requires all employees to stay up to date with the constant change of legislation, new practices, procedures and technologies that affect the management of your home.
