We provide coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for guest needs, property issues, and emergency situations.

Marketing and Distribution

Our properties are marketed across major booking platforms and through the iTrip national network to maximize visibility and occupancy.

Free light maintenance is included as part of our service for minor items that can be addressed quickly without bringing in outside vendors.

For more substantial maintenance work, services are billed at $45 per hour.

Management Fees

Our pricing structure is designed to align incentives between owners and management.

• 20% of gross rental revenue management fee
• 2.5% referral fee on gross revenue for referring partners
• $45/hour for maintenance work when required
