At HB Rentals, we take the stress out of property management for both property owners and renters. We deliver top-notch service designed to meet everyone's needs. Property owners benefit from hassel free rent collection, proactive maintenance, and reliable tenant placement, while renters enjoy well-maintained homes, responsive service, and an easy-to-use online portal for seamless communicaiton.
**What Do We Do?**
We handle all maintenance and repairs!
•Handle all routine and emergency maintenance
requests from residents 24 hours a day, and
dispatch insured vendors to complete work.
•Conduct periodic inspections during lease to
ensure resident compliance & check condition of
property.
Bill Pay
•Pay any outstanding vendor bills & deduct
management fees directly from rent received.
•Replenish property's $500.00 reserve fund if
any small bills were paid from reserves during
the month.
Preparation of Monthly Accounting Reports
•Prepare detailed accounting report showing
transactions during previous month, as well as
copies of invoices and receipts.
•Notify owners by email when a new report is
available to view online in the HB Rentals Owner Portal.
(Copies of all previous statements, year-end tax
docs, leases, management agreements, licenses,
etc. are also available in portal to view/downloadat
any time.)
Rent Collection!
•Collect rent from Resident (paid online through their
portal, or with cash using a unique barcode
convenient retail locations).
•Enforce on-time payment with late fees and by
physically posting rent demand notices at the property
for delinquent balances.
Owner Payments
•Direct deposit all remaining rent proceeds into owner's
bank account using ACH transfer by the 15th of every
month.
